How do we set our prices?

Our beanies and scarfs are handmade in Luxembourg with top quality materials and with sustainability in mind. We set the price for each product aiming for the best balance between our values, our craftswomen interests, your wallet and our business goals.

What payment methods do you accept?

At the moment, we accept Paypal, credit card payments (through Paypal) and bank deposit payments.

If you chose to pay by bank deposit, please consider that your order will only be shipped after the payment is received/confirmed at our end.

When will I get my Hootli(s)?

Most orders usually ship within 48h from the payment confirmation. The delivery depends on your location: national delivery (LU) usually takes 1-2 days, international shipment usually takes 3 to 6 days.

Where is my order? Can I track the delivery?

With your order confirmation you receive a tracking number and you can follow the delivery at www.trackandtrace.lu

I really need my order urgently. Can I pick it up somewhere instead of waiting for delivery?

Of course you can easily pick it up at our headquarter in L-3926 Mondercange. For doing so, just give us a call on +352 621 342 910 and we'll deposit your order in the delivery box in front of our office at the agreed time of day.

How do I clean/wash my Hootli?

Care details are clearly notified on every hangtag. They are as well mentioned in the product description.

Does my Hootli shrink when I wash it?

All our raw materials are prewashed and none of the items shrink when you wash it conformable to our care details. Of course, please do not try to wash items that are mentioned to be dry cleaned. We do not guarantee the preservation of the quality when items are not treated like it is indicated in the care details.

Is the Hootli headwear antiallergic?

If you have an allergy to wool, we recommend to order a beanie from our vegan collection, or one of the St.Moritz items. Both are certified antiallergic.

Can I repair my Hootli?

We're sure that you'll care about your Hootli as much as we do when we hand-make it for you. However, Hootlies are made to follow you in your everyday lifestyle, be it taking a walk in town, hiking across the Mullerthal or fighting zombies at night. At some point, your Hootli may suffer some damage you could in any case contact us, and we˙ll see how we can help.

Do you offer group/charity discounts?

Social and ecological impact and responsibility are at the core of our values. If you'd like to place an order for a group (charity, school class, company, etc.) representing 10+ items, drop us an email at hello@hootli.lu and tell us about the group and order you'd like to place and we'll try to help out.

Can I order a personalized Hootli?

If you order beanies for a group representing 10+ items, we can personalize your headwear in the way you like it according to our manufacturing  process. For any ideas and requests, send us a mail at hello@hootli.lu.

Can I order special sizes?

Our items are generally one sized and fit on everybody's head. In any case you need oversized or smaller headwear, do not hesitate to contact us at mail hello@hootli.lu and we will surely find a suitable solution for your need.
